I'm not sure how conspiring with peers to engage in an armed robbery counts as a "mistake." It wasn't "heat of the moment" shit. It wasn't making a quick decision poorly. It was premeditated.

It wasn't a "mistake" -- it was fully intentional.

Using "there" in place of "their" is a mistake... right up until you actually intend to type the letters "T-H-E-R-E" when you know better -- is it really a "mistake" at that point?
