I think TCU is better than 50/50 to still be undefeated if they played Texas' schedule.Sudden Sam wrote: 3 - They could not go thru a BCS conference schedule with this team and emerge undefeated.

You're still rolling with this lazy argument? You assume the same TCU team that showed up against Clemson in week 3 would be the same TCU team week in, week out. And if they really played THAT poorly, and still won @ Clemson, imagine the damage they could've inflicted on Florida's schedule once they got into mid season form.Papa Willie wrote:So then you watched the TCU game. Okay - now tell me if you think they'd go rompin' through the SEC undefeated playing like that.

What does that have to do with what we're discussing? They could have the worst SOS in the country, and that wouldn't change the fact that a win at Clemson in week 3, no matter the fashion in which they won, is shoddy "evidence" that TCU couldn't hang with Florida's schedule.

Do you honestly think they could have gone through a Big 10 or SEC schedule without slipping up?MgoBlue-LightSpecial wrote:What does that have to do with what we're discussing? Any two or Alabama or Florida's? Give them either of their schedules and honest to G-d feel they have a very good potential of running the table this season.

Could? Absolutely. Would? No idea. Still, your question is too vague. You'd have to cite a specific schedule. They could've handled Florida's schedule, definitely. That would've given them two extra home games.Papa Willie wrote:Do you honestly think they could have gone through a Big 10 or SEC schedule without slipping up?
