PAC 10 vs. Big 12 hardwood series
Is that what they're calling these inter-conference matchups? Do they even play hoops in the U&L?
Mizzou - 106
Oregon - 69
ouch, that's going to leave a mark.
Don't know the exact numbers, but from what little I've seen, the XII is beating up on the PAC pretty soundly.

The Pac is absolutely god awful this year. It probably would've been outmatched going up against the WCC.

Well, in Oregon's defense (yeah, those two words don't belong in the same sentence), their best player was out, and they're battling the injury bug...
well that, and their coach's ability to get the least out of every player he gets his hands on.

Pretty safe bet, considering University of Portland, with their merry band of white catholic stiffs has already taken out Oregon and UCLA so far.
Actually, with St Marys, UP, and the Zags (the next time an announcer pronounces "Gonzaga" properly will be the first time), the WCC is looking pretty darn good for a "shit conference."

The WCC has been a serious league for a decade now. They get multiple bids and not a one of them is an easy out in the NCAAs.
Similar to the Colonial Athletic Assn on the east coast, which surpassed the A10 in quality several years ago.

I used the quotes to denote... something.MgoBlue-LightSpecial wrote:^What he said. I've never considered the WCC a shit league.
By "shit conference,"
I merely meant one that is generally comprised of smaller schools, without some of the big name "glamour" schools, like is found in the major conferences.
S'all.

7-2 for the Big 12 so far... even a struggling and very young Oklahoma teams laid wood to Zona last night. Got up by 20 early and never looked back.
