Although my father was a student at Texas and I pull for Texas as a second school behind my beloved Cougars, I'm still unhappy at the outcome.

Two years in a row now we are left with more questions than answers. I found it difficult to watch Florida-Bama, Texas-Nebraska, Cincy-Pit, because it really wasn't determining anything.

TCU was sitting at home undefeated and there was nothing they could do about any of these outcomes. That is complete bullshit.

Last year we had several one loss teams vying for two spots to play for it all. No matter what teams were selected, I wasn't going to be satisfied. That is why I only watched part of the MNC game. It didn't feel right. USC, Penn St., Texas, Texas Tech, and Utah all had a beef to play in that same game. All those teams were playing for was a fat check.

Fast forward to today and we have three undefeated teams not getting a shot. Even if TCU blows out Boise St. and Texas squeaks out a victory over Bama, there won't be a split national championship.

It's bullshit. I'll probably watch the Fort Worth Bowl and the MNC this holiday season. Fuck this shit system.

I wish we had a playoff too. For now, however, this is our system.

Texas and Alabama deserve to be in the championship game. Other teams support the argument for a playoff, but none deserve to be in the championship game ahead of Texas and Alabama.

And Tejas deserves to be in, why?

is it because:

a.They were ranked higher preseason
b.They are tejas and a BCS program
c. A and B
