J/K... Shine you do an awesome job at this every season. Gets kind of sickening though to know that most seasons I get right at or over 90% of the games correct in the pick 'em and still never finish above third place.

It's not coaching. The team has no chemistry. Every team needs role players and Carolina is missing out on some of those important roles.

I was short on time so I couldn't elaborate. They have the people in place who will develop into those roles but they aren't there yet. There's a couple of teams like that across the country right now; lots of individual talent but not enough experience and at some key roles for a team to be consistent

UNC blew their wad last year with a senior laden all-star team, and everyone knew there'd be a dropoff, but If UNC can't even qualify for the tourney, no excuses. They bring in too much talent not to qualify for a field of 65. Especially in an era in which winning with freshmen and sophomores has become not only prevalent but obligatory. If they don't qualify, that's a bad coaching job, imo.

There's a difference between winning and being consistent with a couple of freshman and sophomores than doing so with teams who are almost predominantly such.
