Damn good idea, dude. Didn't know you were an appraiser, but I would imagine you're going to be issuing numbers that will be going lower and lower....

I was until this... the more fluid lending institutions get the more they want to make their bonuses and get commissions on loans... the market will artificially re-inflate over time as people are able to scarf up the foreclosures that have occurred with the available funds. At first it will start off very slow looking like a slow recovery (see 1995-1998) then it will begin to get back to "normal" (see 1998-2001) then the artificial boom will occur (see 2002-2006) from the inflation of practical values, followed by a drastic crash, again, just like we are going through this time. The international banking groups will pull the same stunts they have on us this time again circa 2018-2020. This isn't the first time it has happened at certainly won't be the last. It's a cylindrical cycle that has occurred numerous times since the early 20th century that was designed virtually flawlessly by international banking conglomerates... we're just all rats in a wheel for them... the key is to find out where on the wheel to hop on and run and when to jump off and hide in the wood chips of your cage.

You really don't understand how the central banking system works do you? That isn't a knock either... almost nobody really does. Banking systems don't want you or anyone else for that matter to understand because if people did their house of cards might come falling down. There is no way to get out of debt... it is both practically and theoretically impossible. No matter how much is taxed, no matter how many bills are printed, no matter how much you produce, no matter what the import or export levels are in comparison. It's a sham, a slight of hand by bankers. When the central bank prints money there is already a debt percentage attached to it... Every dollar printed actually costs at least a dollar and seven pennies; there is intrest already attached to it before it even leaves the Treasury. Bank notes used to be backed by gold which is why there always said redeemable in it's worth in Gold until we switched standards. You should really look this up and how the central banking bills were passed into law and who backed them at the turn of the 19th to 20th century. It was a scheme to make the public virtually all slaves to a piece of paper and cotton fiber that they will always profit on because of the system is designed around the international bankers profiting on our idiocy.

If you really believe that it is actually China and other foreign governments who own our debt you're only falling into their own trap they set for us. It does effect our economy but the same people control the debt world wide and always will under the current system.
