Plenty cold and snowy here. More of the same for the foreseeable future. Hell, this is far better than the 33 degree rain routine.

SoCals running weather smack again, cool. May an epic wildfire, landslide, or drought plague you. Hell, all 3 at once.

Another 6" here today and still falling... sideways now as the wind has arrived and temps nosedive. Should make for another excellent commute tomorrow.

Shovel, scrape... shovel, scrape... lather, rinse, repeat, freeze.

This seriously sucks beyond all belief. I live in KC, not Fargo. :brad:

Rochester hasn't been that bad. A little on the chilly side, but nothing that a furnace can't handle. We've shoveled the drive twice so far. Now Fulton, NY? THAT is a whole different situation.

55", 9 days straight of snow? That's fucked up.

By my unofficial reckoning, we've gotten about 19" since December 24th and while all things are relative, that's just as fucked up.

Oh, and for the SoCals... in addition to wildfire, landslide, and drought, go ahead and have 7.5 magnitude earthquake while you're at it.

Wags, they have enough to contend with out there with the smog, bankrupt state, wild fires etc.. but wishing a Rumplewife orgasm on them is just wrong.

Wrong day to call out the land of the ice and snow on weather. 30 degrees here today with no new snow. That might not sound like much to SoCal, but for about 6-7 months out of the year, that's as good as it gets here.

Your choice of where you live increases your carbon footprint.

Funny how you socialists think it's such a great idea... for everyone else.

40, cloudy, and dry here-BTW.

For Fulton it is an average January. I've heard of places on the eastern end of Lake Ontario getting WAY more than 55 inches in a week. Now you start getting into the 100 inch in a week area and now you've got a real story.

Dins,

That "carbon footprint" thingy shrinks come summertime when we hardly ever have to run AC.

Yeah, we've got places like that... and outside of those who make a living from it... no one fucking lives there... because that would be dumb.

Nobody has ever mistaken Fulton for Manhattan.

How much do you easterners pay for gas/electric? Yearly, or monthly average.

We hardly have to run our heat or A/C. We pay about $125.00 a month on average for gas and electricity.

I know we pay more for everything else.

We've got places like that here too and nobody lives there either... unless they're filthy fucking rich. The servant class has to stay a minimum of 100 miles away and commute.

Hey, if winter sports are your thing, then living there is a pretty smart thing. But if you hate snow and live there, you're a fucking moron.
