Then assume it was Tiger who chased Elin out the house brandishing a 9-iron, and that he swung it at her sled as she was trying to back out the driveway. Then assume that Elin had crashed only a few doors down.

Something tells me that people would be taking a significantly different view of this incident, had that been the way it went down.

Judging from that link, my house would easily bring $600 or $700 thousand if it were sitting in Cali, maybe a lot more. It's appraised in the low $90's here and I paid $42,000 in 1989. It's about 1800 sq ft plus another 1800 with the full basement, 3 BR, 2 BA, 2 car garage, sitting on 3/4 of an acre.

The northern part of Wisconsin is unlike any part of Iowa (and probably similar to northern Michigan). Wisconsin also has Madison which is better than any city in Iowa or Michigan.

I believe it is a bit under 9% at the moment, which is slightly under the average. I 'spose DC has the lowest in the country since you fukks have been sucking the life out of the rest of the country since, well, the last 80 years or so. I suspect this will change fairly soon, once even DC realizes the well is dry.
