Yes I am. the articles of confed. was a system where the fed had zero power. Zero power to collect taxes which basically means zero power to fund a military.
I am not advocating going back to the articles. I just want to go back to actually following the document that replaces them, the constitution. And since the whores in gubmint today want to twist interstate commerce to mean they can do as they damn well please, scrap it.
