Filleted thousands of 'em. At one time I worked at a retail fish/lobster pound. Spent many a early hungover morning slicing and scraping guts. That, and grading lobsters by the feel.

I know nothing of seafood, how do you grade a lobster by feeling it? Are you the blind machinist/lobster grader?

If we're talking fishing, my Dad caught a 14" walleye last weekend, certainly not thread starting material, but Im sure it tasted good.
