So I've dropped just over 1/3 of what I need to initially lose
which will take me to the size I was when I traveled around the US in 2002
but it's only 20% of my ultimate target
I want to drop another 15-20kg further if I can
which will make me the size I was in my early 20's & I was smokin hot back then :wink:
& believe me I am not starving myself I'm just not eating the way I used to
I shop at the organic & farmers market every week because I figure If this is the way I'm going to eat for the rest of my life
then I'm going to eat the best I can & I'm organized with my food prep & take both lunch & dinner into work on the dyas I finish at 8pm
My thyroid is obviously becoming re stimulated by the steps I've taken, I feel more energized & the depression that I had, from the lack or serotonin & other imbalances, but didn't realize it fully at the time is gone
& I'm enjoying life more fully again
So to all my haterboy fangirls yeah I'm a fat bitch but at least I'm doing something about it :p
