Back to your original point, the Supreme Court never was intended to be an example of representative democracy. And it wasn't all that long ago that there was a "Catholic seat" on the Supreme Court, or that it was big news when a Jew was nominated for the Supreme Court. In that respect, the Court has come a long way.

Btw, Long Dong Silver is no longer Catholic, IIRC.

That being said, as an atheist, I'm not crying about my lack of representation on the court, so why should you? Besides, WASP in Chief W had two chances to throw you a bone and didn't, so don't blame Barry. And since the last WASP on the Court was part of the liberal wing, you shouldn't feel too bad.
