Good old Apple 2E. Anyone remember writing in BASIC ? We thought it was so high tech. Wonder what kind of gadgets and technology my Grandchildren will have when they are my age.

My latest home computer, about $600.

Spent almost $4K on high end stereo stuff in the early 80s, mostly Denon. Still have and use all of it, except for the CD player which was a very early model and now tends to skip too easily, and the speakers.

The power amp is a monster, which weighs about 50 lb and is rated at 200 watts per channel RMS. It cost about $700 back then and I woudn't trade that thing for almost anything available today.

Looks like this:

The speakers were 10" 3 way JBL floor standing monitors, mahogany veneer, which would blow you out of the room with the volume at 50% on the pre-amp. The wife made made me sell them 10 years ago because they didn't fit with our furniture. Something I will always regret.

You are truly one of the worst pieces of shit to ever post on this board. Start giving up your paycheck for reparations now and then you can shut the fuck up about your racist blasts.

Won't get any argument here. Still got the amp though, and one of these days, Alice, one of these days...

I actually taught myself HTML by the book in the mid 90s, before WYSIWYG web editors (Netscape Communicator) were created. I could do crude web pages. In a preview to my future sports reporting career, I used to do recaps of all my high school hockey games. I wish I still had that shit online to read.
