If Mexico wins the World Cup, America should open the border

...for a 72 hour jubilee. That way, Mexicans and Yanks could come together and celebrate the "beautiful game".

I would be in favour of any Mexican crossing over to the U.S. side of signing a piece of paper stating that they would return to their homeland after the festivities. That would only be fair.

There are far too many people of Mexican descent that would feel awkward cheering the win from across barbed wire and roadblocks. This may have the effect of repairing damaged relations between the two countries.

It's just a suggestion.

I say we just put up a barbed wired corridor right up through tehas northward through a few other unimoprtant states to the other border. let'em pass right through. hell, i'd even be for subsidized buses to expedite things.
