If you have your status bar showing at the bottom of your window you will see that it is the shoutcast radio and chat combo that keeps refreshing the page because no one in command here has the brains to configure it correctly. sayin...

I don't know who that is but the constant refreshing is also the reason nothing happens when you hit your back button.

I don't think you have to worry too much about anyone viewing T1B with any browser considering the traffic here. Me, I'm totally uncool and just going along with the 50+% of the planet that uses IE. Firefox is the second shitiest browser I've tried but maybe someday it will get better.
