I have no idea on this at all, but knowing how Oregon is on so many things, do you have to get a yearly inspection? I'd imagine it might be just a tad bit tough to get one of these 360's to pass the emissions phase of the test.

The only inspection in Oregon is the Department of Environmental Quality smog test, which only applies to certain (heavily populated) parts of the state, and the tags are good for 2 years.

But I assume that Subaru 360 was made before 1975, in which case it's exempt from the smog test -- just pay your $86, and you're good to go... except in Multnomah County (Portland), where they just tacked on an extra $38 to pay for a bridge.
