And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voice mail, just have it as your telephone number. That's it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye."

Quit hanging on everything Collinworth says, douche.
Cutler's second fumble wasn't because he held onto the ball too long.

Seems like Manning and Cuntler are on every week in night games. Who wants to see this?

Eli plays scared. I thought so when he was a rookie and I know so now. He's doing the happy feet tap dance while staring down his receiver. Its unbelievable the Giants won a Super Bowl with this cock sucker behind center.

Re: Bears vs. Giants
The Giants are owning Cutler as a group. Nothing I've seen tonight compares to what Derrick Thomas did to Dave Krieg and the Seahags line in '90. That was just sick.KC Scott wrote:we may be seeing history made here folks; The NFL record for sacks in a game is 12 and has been done 5 times:
1) Dallas vs. Pittsburgh, Nov. 20, 1966
2) St. Louis vs. Baltimore, Oct. 26, 1980
3) Chicago vs. Detroit, Dec. 16, 1984
4) Dallas vs. Houston, Sept. 29, 1985
5) NY Giants vs. Philadelphia, Sept. 29, 2007

Actually he hit Paul Skansi on that play. I was there to see it. :doh:KC Scott wrote:OCmike wrote:

I was deer hunting that weekend and came back to camp after I'd knocked down a nice 12 pt. - It was the last time I'd went with my Dad so remembered it pretty well. I remember DT had 7 sacks on him and had him in the grasp for # 8 when Krieg hit Largent on the last play to win the game.

I agree with your take, Sam.
Even the "good" teams now are an injury or two away from being the suck.
Once upon a time in the NFL you were really able to craft a team and assemble key parts so as to make greatness.
Not now.
And yeah, the play is generally very bland because there is little in the way of distinctive creativity or character.
Switch the team uni's around the league and you can hardly notice the difference.
Once the 18 game schedule kicks in I'm DONE with NFL football, if not before.
