Snap infraction: whistle and flag. The center lifted the ball upward and held it in his hand for the QB. That is not a legal snap and the official's should have blown it dead. Also, it may have actually been part of an illegal "we have the wrong ball" play.
Also at the end there should have been a flag for prolonged celebration in the end zone. I'm going by National Federation rules which are used by 48 states. Exceptions are Texas and Mass. which use NCAA rules.

I see now that this was in Texas. If it was legal in NCAA rules, I'm guessing that Urban Meyer, Bobby Bowden, or that guy up at Boise State would have done it by now.
On further review it looks like the coach was trying the old "you are using the wrong ball" trick, which was made illegal recently in Federation rules when some team used it. Football is a game of deception, but after the ball is snapped.

I'll bet Toejam broke out that play up 87-0 in the 4th quarter, then went home and beat his kid because he got flagged for celebration.
