Enjoy the games. Iowa started the semi-final rounds yesterday that will run through next Monday at the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls. The finals are next Friday and Saturday and I'll be making my annual trip to UNI to watch on Friday. A friend of mine have taken our sons to the finals since they were elementary students to spend the weekend watching all of the final games, but the boys are now in college and, for the first time in years, they will not be going with us. My son will come up from Iowa City on Friday to see the last two games (mainly to get a steak dinner at Beck's Restaurant in Waterloo, I suspect) but will return to Iowa City for the Iowa-Ohio State game on Saturday. My friend's son is interviewing for medical school on Friday and I think will be in Iowa City to tailgate with my son on Saturday and go to the Iowa game.

I'll stack my sons High School's team up vs any in Ohio. 10-0 in the reg season, Pac 5 playoffs start next week. Only school in Southern California that worries me is in the Inland Division

Calm down, Blutus. This thread isn't a competition.

I expected you to say just that, but with fewer words and botched grammar.

right because the last time Long Beach Poly played Glenville it was a 2 point game...and your boy from Mission couldn't cut it at OSU and transferred back to the pussified cali schools...

seriously your sons team against any in Ohio...great arrange the game please...this way we can see your dome explode when a team (sup St. Ed's) with the caliber OL they have butt fucks your sons team in the mouth and rolls them...and then you go all Kobra Kai on your son and his team and get your ass beat by the Ohio contingent...

Well, at least he gets to carry water to some good players. He'll always have that.

He was named offenive Co-MVP of the frosh team and allowed to dress for the Varsity game last night and the rest of the playoffs. He wont be allowed on the field yet cause he isnt 15 but he is practicing with the varsity squad now.
