with all that english speakin' going on over there, they'll know what we mean when we laugh and tell them to get in line with the other creditors.
the obama admin pretty much already said it's OK to tell creditors to pound sand when they did it to secured bond holders of chrysler while allowing the uaw to slide in a few places ahead of them in line.
the really amazing thing is that there is anyone left that will still loan us money. not that it matters, bernanke can just turn the 20 dollar bill presses up a notch or two if neccessary.

I'm not an expert on the Chrysler bankruptcy, but two things:smackaholic wrote:the obama admin pretty much already said it's OK to tell creditors to pound sand when they did it to secured bond holders of chrysler while allowing the uaw to slide in a few places ahead of them in line.
1. To the extent that UAW was representing Chrysler employees who were making a claim for unpaid wages within 180 days of Chrysler's bankruptcy, that claim was entitled to priority. http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/11/5/I/507 [subparagraph (a)(4)]
2. The final call, in any event, would have been made by a Bankruptcy Judge.

Obviously you didn't even bother to read the link I posted. If you had, you would've come across this:mvscal wrote:That priority list is for unsecured claims, you stupid dipshit.Terry in Crapchester wrote:I'm not an expert on the Chrysler bankruptcy, but two things:

Just in case you're wondering, that would include fees due to the Bankruptcy Court from the Debtor for the case. Do you honestly think those would be subordinate to secured claims?Second, administrative expenses allowed under section 503(b) of this title, and any fees and charges assessed against the estate under chapter 123 of title 28.
Remind me again, when was the last time you practiced in Bankruptcy Court?
