Looks like Mac Brown isn't going to a Bowl this year. That's heartbreaking.

Normally I say Texas Sucks because I am supposed to and it is tradition... this year they just really do suck.

This team was a total abortion. I am glad that they are not going bowling. Hopefully this will hasten the departure of Greg Davis and Mac McWhorter from Austin.

Hook 'em Horns

Ya' know Nebraska fan is loving this as they continue to think the rest of this conference likes Texass... newsflash: we don't.

They are almost as obnoxious as the Corn.

Fuck you both, Go Tigers!

This Thanksgiving I am most thankful that this Texas season is finally over. How the might have fallen. But I have a bone to pick with Harv and the rest of the Greg Davis haters. Greg Davis may have cornered the market on the sideways offense but he sure didn't give up a 200 yard rusher and have safeties toasted on every play. Hope Georgia comes a calling for Muschamp and his pathetic unit.

Greg Davis sucks. It is his job to get offensive game plan ready to compete. We have 4* and 5* players all over the field and yet we cannot block, run up the middle, and catch a fucking pass. It is Greg's job to overlook the entire offense. His play calling sucks. I can call the plays before they happen just looking at the formations. With the talent we have, we should not lose if we give up 24 points.

Muschamps is a very good defensive coordinator. He is not leaving. We were thin on the D-line this year. Okafor is a DE that was playing DT. We RS all the young guys.

And fuck you Wags. Your team sucks. You haven't won a goddamn thing so shut your fucking cock holster. Go to 1 BCS Bowl and then you are welcome at the table.

The whole team sucks. Feel dirty for wasting many weekends this year watching that train wreck. At least it is over and I can get back to what I do best.

They've won enough to be bowling this season... how about Texas?

Gee, I guess we miss out on the Weedeater Bowl....that just breaks my heart. This team did not deserve to be in a bowl. That doesn't change the fact that Missouri still has never been to a BCS game. Regardless, we will be better next year and OU will still suck.

I would be more worried about OSU kicking the shit out of you then Texas having a bad season.

Yeah, we're the definition of suck in the conference with more than twice as many conference crowns as any other program in conference and still controlling our own destiny for this one.

You will be better based on what? Still not having a proven RB coming into the season? Still having a QB who throws as many ints as TDs? Still having GD as your offensive play caller? We're all holding our breath.

I love it.

10-2 might get them a BCS bowl, 11-2 certainly will if CU can cockblock the Nubs. Mizzou is better than any team in the South.

Btw, Mizzou beat ATM handily, like 37-9, at ATM.

I reckon they'll kick over a few chairs on their way to a seat at this table. I said 6 weeks ago it would be Mizzou-Okie Light in the CCG. So it was written, let it be so.

MU will not play for the Conference title. It will be Nebraska vs. Okie State. You really think that Colorado is going to beat Nebraska? I guess when you root for a shit program that has done nothing over their history in the Big XII, that is what is required. That being said, the best Bowl Mizzery has played in was the Cotton Bowl. Really?

You guys have had a nice year. Congrats. But before you start sucking your own dick, try winning 10 games for 9 straight years. Try winning the North and actually winning the Big XII.

I am glad that you have finally comes to terms with your own suckage. That's a big step.

Based on this:

The boosters and fans are pissed and they are not going to sit through another poor season. Texas lost a lot last year and no one stepped up. This was Gilbert's first year as a starter. I watched every game and 8 of his INT's were on the receivers as the ball hit their hands and they did not make the catch. There were more dropped balls than I could count. That will change. The offensive line was a joke and there is no way that Mack will let that happen again. Texas will hire a new line coach who can teach guys how to block. We lose 3 on the o-line. I actually think we will be better there next year. We should have a TE healthy as we lost 3 this year before the season started. I also see Greg Davis leaving town. He is a joke and needs to go. I expect the offense to have some imagination next year and we need to utilize our speed. That was not the case this year. I am excited to see what Malcolm Brown and Traylon Shead can do.

We Red Shirted a bunch on defense. We were thin on the D-line coming in and had to move Alex Okafor (260 lbs DE) to DT because they didn't want to burn the shirts of 4 guys. This will help. The biggest issue was the ability of teams to run right through the middle. That won't happen next year. We lose 1 DE, 1 LB and 2 DB's. The defense was generally not the problem but they were not deep.

Thanks for your concern but we are going to be just fine.

maybe a Freudian slip of sort here. oversee is the word i think you meant....but, "overlook" seems to be justified by this year's O production and in which case GD is doing a bang up job.

Harv you're on some serious drugs. Texas has a long haul in front of it and next season alone isn't going to fix it; that's just being real with you. You have no QB who is decent that has seen any playing time in college. You have no runningback who has elite conference talent with any experience at this level and praying that a freshman who won't be on campus until next fall might. Your offensive line is completely depleted due to your coaching and recruiting gaffs at the positions since as far back as 2007. Your wide receiver corp is joke. Plus you're going to add in the hope of a major overhaul amongst your coaching staff and offensive philosophy... yeah that's a real winning combination there turd hustler. Maybe you won't finish last and be the only bowl ineligible team from the south division next year like this one, in the best case scenario, maybe. Thank God for your sakes you didn't have anything remotely close to a real schedule this season and were able to play nine times without even leaving the state of Texas. If the whorns had played Oklahoma's schedule this season they would have been lucky to have three wins and more likely only two.

My alma mater on the other hand is starting 16 freshman and sophomores with at least four others receiving significant playing time in back up roles off a team that has at least challenged for the conference crown this season and remained in the top 20 the entire season. Oklahoma will likely be at ten conference crowns before Texass even sniffs their fourth. Have fun with OU suckage spin on that one. OUr Bitch to the south should just know it's role and fill our coffers with money from here on out.
