that's the rumor.
Personally...i dont wanna see KW go. A ton of spoiled OU fans feel otherwise.
Rumor is IF he takes it Huepel MAY get it...dunno if i'd be comfy with that either.

I don't mind seeing him leave. I'd like to see Gundy get a shot to run the offense before Heupel though. I'd also like for him to take James Patton with him.Moby Dick wrote:that's the rumor.

Re: Kevin Wilson to take Indiana job?
taking the Indiana job is just short of the Vandy job on the "career suicide" list.
I don't hate on KW as much as many but a little "new blood" wouldn't be a bad thing. minus the new, much-fabled "diamond" set....OU has become pretty predictable on O and against a decent to good front 7 running the ball is futile, mostly. Don't know much about Cale as an O mind, having been bereft of promotion so far at RB coach....he was an asshole to play baseball and football against at MWC. I was always a Steve Collins guy, anyway, so I'm biased.
Garrick McGee seems like the mid 90's Sooner QB who's ready for that step from what you read; but, he's attached at the hip to Petrino I guess.
