Southern Mississippi vs. Louisville St. Petersburg, Fla.
Louisville is bowl eligible? Fuckin' A! Beef O' Brady's Bowl? Is this a joke?
MAACO Las Vegas
Utah vs. Boise State Las Vegas
Ok, this isn't a bad matchup. I might watch part of it. Will definitely be interesting to see how motivated Boise State is. I predict Boise will either win by 30 or lose by 30. I just have no idea if they will show up or not.
S.D. County Credit Union Poinsettia
Navy vs. San Diego State San Diego
Could be worse. Brady Hoke's audition for the Michigan job?
Sheraton Hawaii
Hawaii vs. Tulsa Honolulu
I had no idea either of these teams won 6 games. I didn't care to know either.
Little Caesars
Florida International vs. Toledo Detroit
Holy fuck......FIU is bowl eligible? Ditto for Toledo. Again, don't care.
AdvoCare V100 Independence
Air Force vs. Georgia Tech Shreveport, La.
Hmm.....which shitty option team will outduel the other one. I will take answer "C".....Who gives a fuck?
Champs Sports
West Virginia vs. NC State Orlando, Fla.
Terrible game between 2 mediocre teams from the 2 worst BCS conferences ever. Yep, not gonna watch that one either.
Insight
Missouri vs. Iowa Tempe, Ariz.
It will be a great game if Iowa shows up. But they won't most likely, so Mizzou will roll.
Military Bowl Presented By Northrop Grumman
East Carolina vs. Maryland Washington, D.C.
Next
Texas
Illinois vs. Baylor Houston
Baylor. Next
Valero Alamo
Oklahoma State vs. Arizona San Antonio
Arizona won't show up after the way they finished the season. Give me the Pokes by 20. At least this is somewhat of an interesting match-up.
Bell Helicopter Armed Forces
Army vs. SMU Dallas
What. The. Fuck? These teams won 6 games......in 1 year? Or is this one of those bowl games that allow you to play in it if you've won 6 games over an entire decade?
New Era Pinstripe
Kansas St. vs. Syracuse Bronx, N.Y.
2 teams that showed great improvement this year but aren't as good as their average records. In New York......I suppose I will take Syracuse but I sure ain't gonna watch it.
Franklin American Mortgage Music City
North Carolina vs. Tennessee Nashville, Tenn.
Tennessee.......by 20. UNC is not showing up for this game. Tennessee will try and use this to jumpstart the program. UT is going to play their best game of the year here.
Bridgepoint Education Holiday
Nebraska vs. Washington San Diego
They beat them by about 40 the last time, so I would say Nebraska does it again. Probably will be a bit closer this time.
Meineke Car Care
South Florida vs. Clemson Charlotte, N.C.
Clemson? Sure why not.
Hyundai Sun
Notre Dame vs. Miami El Paso, Texas
The 'ol young team with a new coach vs the team that just fired their coach. Notre Dame- by 20. Miami will bend over and take it all day.
AutoZone Liberty
Georgia vs. UCF Memphis, Tenn.
Again.......Central Florida is bowl eligible? I suppose Georgia will win, but I dunno if they'll play hard here or not.
Chick-fil-A
South Carolina vs. Florida State Atlanta
Actually a decent game- it's just too bad Bowden isn't still at FSU for this one. But still, it is FSU, so Spurrier should have them motivated. He's got some great young offensive players. But FSU can score on the South Carolina defense. Cocks 34 Seminoles 27
TicketCity
Northwestern vs. Texas Tech Dallas
Without Persa, you might as well be playing Northwestern State. Taco Tech by 20.
Outback
Florida vs. Penn State Tampa, Fla.
First one to 10? Penn State by a field goal.
Capital One
Alabama vs. Michigan State Orlando, Fla.
Very good game. Saban vs 1 of his old teams. I think MSU is not as good as their record. They're more like a 9-3 team instead of an 11-1 squad. I think Julio will be too much for Sparty to cover. Bama 28 MSU 17
Gator Bowl
Mississippi State vs. Michigan Jacksonville, Fla.
Michigan sucks. Come on, let's be real here........Mississippi State is trying to build a program and winning this game would be a nice start. They'll be more motivated. Michigan has shown no heart or effort on defense since they got rid of Llllloyd. MSU by double digits.
Rose Bowl Game presented by VIZIO
Wisconsin vs. TCU Pasadena, Calif.
TCU is a fraud. They NEVER beat anyone. Wisconsin has been playing lights out ever since the loss to Sparty. Badgers 31 TCU 13
Tostitos Fiesta
Connecticut vs. Oklahoma Glendale, Ariz.
What a joke. Stanford vs Oklahoma would be an awesome matchup. UCONN vs OU? Really? Who the fuck did Stoops suck off to get this one? Now he won't have to hear about not being able to win BCS bowls anymore, I suppose. Oklahoma by 30.
Discover Orange
Stanford vs. Virginia Tech Miami
Virginia Tech should be playing UCONN and the other BCS bowls should pay the Orange Bowl (or whatever BCS bowl takes the game) a bunch of money so that at least the other BCS games will not suck. That said, I'm calling an upset here.......Virginia Tech wins this. They've been here before and they aren't the ones traveling across the country. Stanford better not take them lightly. The ACC does suck but Va Tech has won 11 in a row. I like them in an upset here.
Allstate Sugar
Ohio State vs. Arkansas New Orleans
The 'ol defense vs offense test. I usually go with defense. Ohio State has good corners so I think that will limit Mallet's big passing plays. Ohio State 24 Arkansas 20
GoDaddy.com
Middle Tennessee vs. Miami (Ohio) Mobile, Ala.
GoDaddy.com Bowl? Get the fuck outta here with that crap.
AT&T Cotton
LSU vs. Texas A&M Arlington, Texas
Very good game here. The team that wins every game because of a fluke vs an up and coming squad. This is A&M's springboard game. I like them to win this.
BBVA Compass Bowl
Pittsburgh vs. Kentucky Birmingham, Ala.
Pittsburgh. That is all.
Kraft Fight Hunger
Nevada vs. Boston College San Francisco
Fuck if I know. Fuck if I care.
Tostitos BCS National Championship Game
Oregon vs. Auburn Glendale, Ariz.
This game will not be as high scoring as people think. If they played this week, it would be. But the big stage and the month off will slow down the offenses. At least 1 of the teams will come out tight. This appears to be an awesome match-up, but usually in these games 1 of the teams comes out completely flat after a month off. I like Auburn to win a 35-31 game this weekend. But I haven't got a clue who will win come January. What I think will happen is 1 of the teams will really come out flat and make some big mistakes that allows the other team to get a big lead by halftime. It might be Oregon. It might be Auburn. Heck, it might be both. They might both play like crap and we have a 14-10 halftime score with 5 turnovers. The thing that makes me favor Oregon is the fact that they were in the Rose Bowl last year, so they've experienced playing in a game close to this magnitude.
Plus, you have LaMichael James wanting to prove he should have won the Heisman against Cam. It sets up a little bit like USC-Texas, except neither team will be as big of a favorite as USC was. But there are some similarities in that both teams will be expected to score a butt load of points and you have the favorite with the Heisman winner versus the underdog with the Heisman runner-up. Other than the Iowa game, obviously, I'm really not all that interested in many other games besides this one and I'm excited to see just how well these teams play. My gut feeling is 1 of them comes out and just lays a rotten egg. Will it be Auburn given Oregon's BCS experience from a year ago? We shall see.
