RACK. The only person I've ever known that had a good reason for wearing that hat was my Uncle Ray. Back in the 80's before beer sales were regulated, he'd get 2-3 beers every other inning. By the seventh inning stretch, he'd be so shitfaced that he'd accidentally cheer for the other team's HR, yell four-letter bombs (from the upper deck) about a player's mom getting cancer and just generally have no idea where he was or what he was doing. Since he had no clue if he was at Oakland Alameda or Candlestick, with the hat he was covered either way. He still looked like an idiot with that thing on though...
