The accident

Post by Dan Vogel »

Well it was a terrible weekend. Tony did the unthinkable and went against what he was told many times. My wife and I went to an event on Sunday afternoon. During that time Tony's friend Sammy came over to the house. They went fishing around in our bedroom for the keys to my wife's scooter. They took the scooter out and drove it two blocks away to a place where there is an empty lot. They were screwing around on it and what they said happened is that Sammy was riding it and he lost control of it and fell off. Then the scooter went on it's own and slammed into a tree on that lot. It's unbelievable. The thing is completely trashed. We gathered all the parts and took them home but it looks trashed and totalled to me. Neither boy was hurt but my wife nearly killed Tony. This was one time when she was the one who had to be restrained from ringing one of the children's necks and not me. Furious is an understatement of the decade.

The scooter is insured on our auto policy but I did not call them or the police. I will have to lie in order to maybe come up with some excuse here. Or else the scooter is gone and I am out a lot of money. Tony is in 7th grade and he has no licence to operate the vehicle. Sammy too. And on top of that the scooter is not to be operated anywhere but on solid pavement. Not in the grass and dirt. What kind of excuse can I make to the insurance company and if they investigate the incident they'll probably find out I am telling a lie. I'm just frozen now not knowing my next move. At least Tony didn't die Sunday night. I thought my wife was going to kill him. Really.

Oh and one of the wires of my daughter's braces broke on Saturday while she was eating. Great. She has an appointment on Friday. Guess I can find out how much that is going to cost me too. Anyone want to adopt two children? I'm at the end.

Have a nice day. Yeah.

PM Diego in Seattle. He'll want to know how old they are and you might want to mention that they are uh....slightly used.

Good job defrauding your insurance company, Dan. Soon you will be one of us.

Yup. Gambling addiction. Defrauding insurance companies. It's only a matter of time until he's raping animals.

You are a vile human being, Dan.

You should recognize and be thankful for your good fortune. You have a wife and children and they are all healthy. Your son could have suffered serious injury, instead he got a life lesson in being a safe driver. He will remember that when he starts to drive a car.

Cook your wife one of her favorite meals tonight and enjoy life.
What in the fuck is wrong with you?

I'll never be a pig. Why don't you try to clean yourself up and then worry about others? I didn't defraud my insurance company because I haven't taken any action yet. Anyway an insurance company is supposed to insure against loss. This is a loss. I realize there are terms and conditions but I could just be straight and tell them the truth. Maybe that is how I will play it and I'll put the ball in their court and see if they want to cover it. Like I said I am frozen. But I have to do something so I'll make a decision tomorrow.

Sounds like your son is a real piece of shit Dan. He and his deliquent friend steal your wifes motorscooter and thrash the shit out of it, nice.

Man up and fix that scooter. Take the bent parts off and straighten them out and put em back on. Ziptie, pop rivet, and baleing wire the plastic back together and call it good. If the the thing looks like a rolling piece of shit, get a can of flat black paint and paint that bitch, instant rat-rod scooter. Finish it off with some Westcoast Chopper and Metal Mulisha stickers and your good to go.

I decided not to involve the insurance company. It wouldn't be honest and anyway I could get myself into trouble if they found out that I was lying about the facts of the accident. But what I decided to do is call Sammy's parents and request for them to pay for half of the scooter. Both boys said the same thing that Sammy was on the scooter and then lost control and fell off before it then took off and crashed into the tree. I have $1,220 left to pay on the principle of the scooter. So I am going to ask them to pay me $600. Then I can apply that money toward a new vehicle for my wife and then continue on with payments. I will call them after work today.

PSUFAN a good rule of thumb for me is to not post anything on the internet that I wouldn't feel very comfortable having my wife or children veiw. Adults should be adults. Are you a father and a husband? Would you like to call the family and have them gather around the monitor and say hey kids look what dad did today?

An MG0 troll is possibly the worst effort in existence. This is an example why this board is dying.

And none of you "elites" are listening. You just let it go on and this board is all but dead.

You should be in prison, Vogel. Instead, you sit around clacking on a computer seeking aid from others in an effort to find ways to scam insurance companies while that juvenile delinquent spawn is endangering the neighborhood with implements you've put at his disposal. I hope that $600 makes you feel better when someone is dead due to your carelessness, you piece of rotting aardvark shit.

Now you're getting it.

You constantly bring up Mgo as being the owner off various shit trolls. The funny thing is that you whiff. every. fucking. time. What makes it even funnier is that Mgo has plenty of trolls for you to pick from (allegedly), but you always link him to the ones he does not own.

Keep trying to out shit trolls though. The irony of your YAFJ-levels of prognostication is not lost on me.

Dan,
This is an omen.....
Your wife should already be riding a Harley Fat Boy and eating some Bulldyke's pussy by now anyway. The scooter was nothing more than a "Gateway" cycle to her real destiny.
Straight Up bro, Go out a climb up any fucking tree and take dive for "the team", have the ole lady dump you and the scooter of the side of some rural shit road somewhere close to the trailerpark and blame the whole deal on some drunken gay Indian. Fuck over your insurance company for the cost of the scooter plus medical expenses (including the rape kit) and emotional distress. Max the policy...Why the fuck not?

Don't listen to the naysayers...

You are a fucking joke. You have the keys and make statements like that? If you are so smart (which you are not Wal*Mart Dept Head) then out every troll or shut the fuck up and prepare to give your pre-7 AM pep talk to the other blue vest wearing fools going nowhere in life.

I had never met or spoken to his parents. Last night I talked to Sammy's dad for the first time and it didn't go well. He did exactly what you and 88 said and started threatening that my Tony made Sammy get on the bike and that it put him in danger. He said he won't be paying me $600 and that he might still think about a lawsuit against me. It's a bunch of baloney. But I couldn't press the issue. So I'm now at a dead end. Pretty much screwed. Tony's allowance is stopped for 6 months.

Now tomorrow I get to find out how much the dentist is going to take from me. It never ends.

You know I could make this all go away for you, Dan. No more Sammy (clearly a bad influence). No more Sammy's dad threatening lawsuits. I can even disappear the scooter. It will be like none of this ever happened.

It won't cost you any money but it will cost every last remaining vestige of human dignity you and your family possess. Think about it. I'll probably just take it from you anyway, right? Might as well get something tangible in return.
