USC gets 3 years, 30 scholarships and a 2 year bowl ban for an agent paying a players step dad to leave.
Pay for Play is a worse violation but Im sure nothing will happen to Bama.... USC on the other hand will get 2 more years for failing to monitor Bamas cheating Boosters
