Not on purpose, mind you. Mistakes do happen.

Why don’t you just STFU.
Re: Have you ever given anyone food poisoning?
Nope. I've made stuff that sucked but I've never gotten anyone sick.

When I first got out of college, I made myself sick because I didn't wash a chicken before cooking it.
I will NEVER make that mistake again.

No, you didn't. Cooking will kill any pathogens. You need to wash anything that comes into contact with raw meat especially chicken and fish before you do anything else with them. That means knives, cutting boards and your dick beaters.Carson wrote:When I first got out of college, I made myself sick because I didn't wash a chicken before cooking it.
The only way you are going to get food poisoning is through raw foods. Wash all your salad greens. Rinse your meat, wash your hands and clean your tools.

I got food poisoning a few years ago from eating sushi. I wish that upon no one. My brother-in-law got it too within 15 minutes of my throw-up session. Went to San Antonio a couple weeks ago and had some chicken wings. I was all excited about them as they were cold smoked before deep frying. Bit into it and it tasted great...at first. Then I realized the meat would not come off the bone and it was cold in the center. Luckily, I didn't get food poisioning, but I was sweating bullets fearing it.
I've never given food poisioning to anyone that I know of though.

Years ago I was camping with some buddies when I learned the hard way why you allow the fire to burn off the lighter fluid before cooking your food. I spent 6 of the most agonizing hours of my life throwing up into the St. Lawrence River before I was back to normal. On a slightly related note, I also learned that cooking when completely hammered is a bad idea.

Nope but I once had a flatmate give herself food poisoning
she decided to bulk cook some prawn & rice dish
then didn't realized you should eat seafood within 2 days
needless to say after having it day 3 for lunch she spent all night in the loo
