Sounds pretty good for free. For $90.00 though they'd better serve up a lot of fucking shellfish.

I had a really nice cioppino the other night for about $22.00. Of course the vitello tonnato, insalata tricolore (raddichio, endive and arugula), Sangiovese di Puglia and chocolate/hazelnut tartuffo were extra.

Mikey, I imagine a lot of the price was wrapped in the open bar before dinner. Subtract $30 and that was probably the price of the dinner.

I basically stuffed myself of oysters, oyster shooters and IPAs before dinner anyway. Although the rock fish was damn good.

They seriously had an open bar included? That can be both expensive and dangerous. Sounds like a nice party.

The local Rotary Club has an annual all you can eat steak and lobster feed (July 30 this year) that costs $85.00. No open bar though. I've never been to it but I think I might starve myself for a day and try it this year.

If so, we call that "re snapper" here, although red snpper seem to be a different fish every few hundred miles you travel.

Pacific rockfish is pretty tasty. We used to spend th night getting hammered on th jetty catching a mess of em. Might have to do anothr one of those liver-killing trips here soon.. drop some crab traps, catch some rockfish... drink way too much.
