I agree partially with that. I don't like smelling smoke when I eat - even when I smoked. Still - I'm just saying that it should be up to the business to decide. It's only normal that somebody like Screwy wants the gov't to set up yet another rule.

I think it should be up to the person to not be a dick and smoke where other people are eating/drinking. I'm with Screwy too on those who wave their lit cigs around like it is a fucking sparkler on the 4th of July. Also, those butts aren't littered the fuck everywhere by themselves, and it sure as shit ain't the non-smoking crowd tossing them around. I know there are some courteous smokers, but the vast majority are bad fucking apples that ruin it for the rest. I wish most smokers were like my whore ex-neighbor. She was so paranoid anyone would see her smoke, she hid in the back yard and did it. Then again, when I started finding cig butts in my landscaping, she fucking ruined it.

Sorry, kind of a let-down, but she was just an attention whore.

2 days after we moved in, she came over and had a "chat" with us on how we may hear rumors of how she and her husband (along with other neighbors) are swingers. We found out she was a compulsive liar. Total freak. Actually saw her at CVS over lunch and wanted to run her down in the parking lot. Her husband used to be caught smelling the driver seat of her minivan and claiming it smelled of roses. Saw her youngest kid (about 13) at the gas station at 1AM downing Red Bulls with other kids. Totally fucked up family. Glad I moved. Still best of friends with the other group of neighbors though. Her husband is not allowed to associate with the other neighbors now though.
