You're on drugs, Marty is trolling, and I'm spamming this thread to get it to page 2.
They don't make the drugs that could make Double Fantasy listenable.

What? Now you must be trolling. Some really good songs on that. My fav is Watching The Wheels but this does not suck either... and you don't need drugs to appreciate it. Double Fantasy is when Lennon got off drugs, prolly.

Tell me this isn't good, I dare you.

big fan of the Plastic Ono Band LP. Lennon was a big fan of Captain Beefheart's Safe as Milk.

you think you are so clever and classless and free.

all things must pass is pretty mighty.

as a kid, i was still faithful enough to try and like Paulie's Wings stuff. Band on the Run is a deece LP, but it's such Paulie cheese...really. all it needs is a song about a sheep dog. I doubt Paul was listening to anyone like the Captain...mostly just his own stuff i suspect. i do like Junior's Farm from the Wings catalog. good song.

anybody remember Ringo's hit: the no no song?
""On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it's the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!"

funny, you dont think much of elvis, YET you have an appreciation for john lennon, what that means is you are one fucked up retard, because Lennon viewed elvis as a GOD.
see, in music, the real greats appreciate other greats, robert plant will tell you to your face just how amazing elvis was, so would john lennon, if he were still alive,
YET, some queen named war wagon thinks different? paul mccartney is still alibe, and if you ask him, he will tell you how fuckin amazing elvis presley was, yet, some lil panty waste named war wagon thinks different?
I'll pull you out of that one bunk hilton and cast you down with the sodomites. The warden, shawshank redemption.

don't get your panties in a bunch, I'm sure Elvis was all that. It's just that I'm indifferent to him, not my cup of tea, hence... I don't give a shit.

thats cool dude, I kinda see ur point, for instance, I am indifferent to Prince, I mean, I know he is really really great, but he is not my cup of tea, so, I see where you are coming from on this, peace.
