Major infraction scorecards....SEC leads again

Post by The Seer »

Nice that UCLA is included in a small group that has zero major infractions in 25 years....

i hope the Poke didn't drum this article up just to work in this unhilariously corny stunt paragraph to debut some of his fictional satire:

"While cheating in college football has been going on since the dawn of man -- first recorded case, 200,000 BC: Neanderthal University turned in Caveman State University after CSU invented fire and then illegally provided fire to recruits on their unofficial visits -- the way the NCAA's Committee on Infractions has dealt with violations has changed drastically in one area: television."

the opposite of funny. maybe he was listening to Paperback Writer. also remember that, if this guy is indeed a Poke (who see themselves as New Money Playas with T. Boone and Gundy).....OU's public invite to the SEC was nixed as a possibility because OSU wasn't part of the deal. He may have some resentment since in essence no OSU invite to the SEC says "you guys aren't bigtime".

"That period" being from Erickson-to-present?

At least the Erickson years. Are they still doing it?

Not quite like the Nick Barnett/Richard Seigler days, but they take on their fair share.

Yet the Livestock Lover fans still crack on the Ducks as thugs, and make their "The New U" jokes, even though more Beavs show up in the police blotters than Ducks.

1999-2000....Unbelievable Oregon St years....Houshmanzadeh (sp), Chad (Johnson), et.al....

That dismantling of Notre Dame in the bowl game was a sight to see....

The immediate rise and subsequent lapse would normally put the hounds on the trail....
