You're right about that. Rather's attempted coup was far more dangerous than the high school hijinks that News of the World was engaged in.

First,, Dan Rather's assertions were basically true. The Chimp's military record was doctored by his dad's influence, period. The Chimp was a disgraceful treasonous criminal...oh yeah, you forgot that. And that CBS--being caught like Murdoch--didn't immediately murder any prime witnesses...

Murdoch represents a subversion of modern society. His dumbing down of the populace is no mere plan of profiteering...answer the question: how has the state of journalism and media in this country fallen so that a moronic radical lunatic like Palin or Bachmann could be taken seriously...could have already received millions of votes? You're hiding from the real significance of Murdoch being rousted and removed--hopefully completely--from his vile empire and its agenda.
