Thought Era Vulgaris was a pretty good album, but I never really cared for their other shit.

I like the first album and Rated R quite a bit. Seems like they've been on cruise control since then. Didn't even realize the first one was out of print until a friend came over to my place about a year ago and was looking at my CD collection and started geeking out that I had it. S'pose I should put it up on eBay before they rerelease it.
The Desert Sessions stuff is pretty cool, too, if you search it out. Lotta songs on those albums that eventually found their way onto QOTSA releases. Lots of cool guest spots as well (Polly Harvey, Dean Ween).
Oh, and Kyuss has reformed (sans Josh Homme, of course) as Kyuss Lives! and are touring this fall. Should be pretty dope, assuming Oliveri stays out of jail long enough to complete the tour...
