My knowledge of most subjects exceeds yours, and not by a small amount. A handful of old time blues musicians died young, Robert Johnson being the most prominent, and probably the only one you could have named without using a search engine. A certain portion of the population died young back then, due to the lack of access to medical advances made since then.
