I'm on my third fucking different brand of wireless mouse in less than 24 hours because my computer is having USB driver issues. I'm using Vista. I tried updating my USB drivers via Windows Update and that didn't work. I even called Logitech to try to troubleshoot this morning (I have a Dynex mouse right now). Third different wireless mouse and NONE of them will work. I have tried updating via the Device Manager, still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. I'll probably just by a wired mouse in the meantime.
Shit is pissing me off.

Re: USB driver issues
Your mouse is in the 2.4Ghz range?
Any other wireless devices nearby operating in the 2.4Ghz range?
Is your computer Bluetooth capable? That might be another option (Bluetooth mouse).

Re: USB driver issues
Yes
No
I don't know.
Took the mouse back and bought a wired mouse, still doesn't work. It's the USB drivers. It will recognize my external harddrive and whatever else I want to plug into the USB ports, but for some reason, it doesn't want to recognize mice. Plus, it continually makes that "noise" from when you plug in or unplug a USB device, even when the device is not installed.

I'd tell you to restore to a previous date... and it would still be Vista.
