I've been looking for an excuse to give this one a whirl ever since you posted it, Jsc, and as I wasn't exactly in the mood to screw with my Weber in the middle of a frickin' monsoon, I pulled the trigger on a couple o' pounds of "fresh" gulf shrimp down at the Chopper Tuesday night.
Friggin' awesome. If there is such a thing as cajun comfort food, then shrimp creole is it. This one definitely has permanent residence in my Flyover Cajun recipe file. Rack this recipe, and Jsc for posting it.
