one of my better FB acquisitions in recent memory. Dude is 38 years old. Who does this guy think he is, Johan Santanna?

Dickey pitched a complete game shutout and was the winning pitcher Saturday against the Cardinals.

Recommendation: He gave up seven hits while walking none and striking out nine. Dickey has been fantastic throughout the season, but his last three starts specifically have been incredible. Over those three starts he has allowed just one run over 23.1 innings of work while striking out 30 and walking one. The win brings his record to 8-1 on the season to go along with an ERA of 2.69 and 70 strikeouts.

He's been lights out for the last 3 years, Shloazie. His ERA the previous two years 2.84 and 3.28. I am sorry, but that's damned good. It's just that his record was 19-22 during that time. That's why there hasn't been a lot of fanfare.

This year he's 11-1 with a 2.00 ERA. The biggest difference (this year) is his K/9 innings are off the charts for him (and any knuckleballer.) As are his K/BB. Sick.
