PAC 12 Network Debuts Tomorrow

Post by M2 »

The biggest and baddest Conference Network in the land (Based in San Francisco) ... will kick into gear starting at 6 pm Wednesday the 15th of August.

Rack Larry Scott !

The Merc

Chart Info Link

The Pac-12 Networks are wholly owned by the conference
Scott's masterstroke came in the spring of 2011, when the league signed long-term deals with ESPN and Fox. In addition to collecting $3 billion -- it was the richest TV deal ever signed by a college conference -- Scott retained the rights to 35 football games, thereby guaranteeing in-demand content for the not-yet-announced network.

Looks like the PAC 12 Network is putting its footprint in the state of Tejas and taking ownership of the Lone Star.

Time Warner has Pac 12 network, but still no Longhorn network

UT fans: How about Pac-12 football?

It may not be Longhorn football, but it is college football.

Time Warner Cable still has no plans to carry the Longhorn Network, which is nearing its one-year anniversary without distribution deals in place with major cable or satellite carriers, but the company has reached an agreement to carry the new Pac 12 Network nationwide, starting Wednesday.

Will the PAC 12 network show clips of Holiday Bowl games?

If you get ESPN, you'll get the PAC 12 Network.

Sin,

Media guy in the Bay Area

schmick wrote: That its based out of boystown and not LA where the smart people in the media world live is all you need to know on how fucked up the network is.

Larry Scott is the obama of conference commissioners, he needs to go back to women's tennis

Stop your crying you little baby.

Just because SUC wanted a larger piece of the pie... and Larry Scott told you little babies to fuck yourselves and decided to distribute the money evenly to all the schools in the PAC... you little pricks can't stop crying.

Naw, I was thinking more along the lines of your favorites, the "left out" match up with Taco Tech, and the "revenge" game against Mack Brown.

Up and running here in the Bay Area on 823-PAC12BA-HD...a lot of intro stuff etc...nothing of substance, just marketing etc., but at least it is on now...oh, and Slick Rick blathering on about the PAC 12...I'm excited though cause so far it looks very professional and well done.

If people from other parts of the country see "Pac 12 Football" on the guide and then tune in to watch, they will be more likely to stay and watch the game if it is USC v. Utah than if it is Cal v. Utah. Wanting to share everything equally regardless of who earns what is a typical stance expected from a fan of the socialist republik of berkeley though

Funny you should say that. Nebraska said the same thing when the Big XII was forming. Somewhere along the line their tune changed and they wanted equal revenue, see their move to the B1G. Be careful what you wish for.

Yeah, well, USC can wish for that one utterly without fear seven days a week and twice on Sunday. L.A. > Lincoln.

AT&T Uverse has no plans to pick up the Pac 12 network, Either does Verizon fios, Charter Cable, Direct TV, Dish Network..... Last time I checked, all of those networks have ESPN

I had no idea you were "broke" and couldn't afford a real television provider.

Those sanctions really seem to be kicking in right about now.

Oh well, I guess you can always watch the Big 10 Network... and you can come here for updates on what's happening on the PAC 12 Network.

You see.... here's the funny thing ( or at least I think so).

The San Francisco Bay Area... runs the PAC 12 and frankly we really don't give a shit what you slowcals want or think and there's nothing you can do about it.

See how funny that is ???

Now be a good little toejam and run along... and maybe, just maybe your daddy will up your allowance $20 or so... so you can get a real television provider set up in his basement and you can partake in a little PAC 12 Network fun.

We'd love to have ya...

actually I'm just saying that... we really don't give a shit one way or the other.

Stoolio......if SC left the Pac-12 Cal would still finish well out of the running for any type of championship. Your chicken shit pussy ass still hasn't responded to my proposed wager. Scared or did you realize that your bullshit prediction has as much chance of coming true as Romney does at winning California.
