Mumford and Sons- Babel

Post by jiminphilly »

Any had a listen yet? A strong follow-up to their first album Sigh No More

The lyrics and tone are a bit more angry this time around and it works perfectly.
These blokes write some swell tunes.

Some people think the speed of sound is very fast.

Some people think the speed of light is the end-all, be-all of speed.

But those things become downright slow when compared to the speed of my hand reaching for the preset buttons -- any one of them, any time the dreck known as Mumford & Sons has the nerve to foul my speakers.

They're Air France-awful.

If I wanna hear English folk, I talk to my family.

And at their worst, they still aren't as offensive to my ears as the abomination know as Mumford and Sins.

Weapons-grade shit.
