Real crime is 100% of all crime, hence the name. In these cases the mens rea and actus rea have both been met. This number will never be know by any human as we are not perfect beings, granted I am closer than you but that is a different thread. Crime statistics involve the actus rea being brought to the attention of the cops and convictions where both actus rea and mens rea have been plead or proved. One problem is many people plead under Alfred and many juries convict the wrong person. Another is many crimes are never reported and many reports are false accusations.

Now please get a life or a hobby and quit posting shit about how someone's answer is not fast enough for you you vapid cum pillow.

A lack of crime does not equal safer and more crime does not equal less safe.
There is lots of crime that has no vic. In addition there are crimes with a victim but the 'victim' is never in danger. Not many of Madoff's vics were in danger of being ruffed up or whatnot.
