It starts with a recognition of the fact that there is no such thing as a "Palestinian." In 1967, the West Bank belonged to Jordan, the Gaza Strip belonged to Egypt and the Golan Heights belonged to Syria.
Given that understanding there are two options. Israel annexes them permanently as they have the Golan or they return all or part of the WB and GS back to Jordan and Egypt.

The Oslo Accord consisted mainly of a Palestinian offer to the Israelis...which the Israelis assessed and added conditions so ridiculous, the American delegation publicly derided as an act of "sabotage".

which "conditions" are you referring to? the only "offer" the PLO had to make was the promise to stop palestinian terror attacks on Israel.....you do know that more Israelis were killed by terror attacks during the 5 years following the Oslo agreements than in the 15 years prior right? Two hundred seventy five men, women and children were killed in over 90 attacks by Palestinian terrorists following the signing of the Oslo Accords.....
