In related news: The D3 playoffs are underway, with the usual cheaters suspects all over it -- Mount Union, Mary Hardin-Baylor, and my Linfield Wildcats.
Oddly missing is Wisconsin Whitewater. Between Mt Union and Whitewater, they've won like 7 straight titles. Last one to win besides those 2 was Linfield... who may well win it again this year.
Odd that with 8 million teams, D3 is so noncompetitive.

Not so fast. Whitewater took a year off to reload. Linfield will be hosting 12-0 UW Oshkosh this weekend.
