I will report tomorrow, but I usually get pissed when watching bands that were my faves ten years ago. The only time I was truly pleased was Mike Watt who did most of Double Nickels during his show. I was in heaven.

Lucky bastard. I've heard a few bootlegs from this tour and they sound great. I wish I could see them. I guess I'll have to suffice with Magnolia Electric Co tonight.

lets see they played spangle, dalliance, dare, my favourite dress, queen of outer space, first song off saturnalia and a whole bunch of stuff I didn't recognize. in fact, I didn't recognize the first four songs. kinda took my time getting into the band thanks to that, but they kicked into my favourite dress and all was well.

Entire crowd was 30 or older. None of the Wash U. eye candy to be found. No smoking was allowed at the show and I was quite down with that.

they did sound very, very good. quite pleased.
