Cincy should win, but it's a home game for the Dukies. Might be decent.
I have to root for Cincy since the backup-turned-starter is about the only guy from my high school to ever play D1 ball.

West Virginia vs. Syracuse Bronx, N.Y.
I'd say WV should easily win this, so I'll go with them. That means Syracuse will win. (We all know how I am with Syracuse picks.)
This will probably be one of the funnest games to watch aside from whether or not you actually give a shit about either team. Syracuse moves the ball pretty well too.

Mississippi State vs. Northwestern Jacksonville, Fla.
Tossup. They're probably about as even as you can get.
IIRC, Northwestern will set a record for most consecutive bowl losses if they lose this year. They were even closer to an undefeated season than the Noj's fabled whatever year that was Iowa lost four games but three fourth quarter collapses did them in. I think if they had this kind of year last year instead of this one they would have pulled those games out. I bet they'll be next year's K State-like surprise team.

Purdue vs. Oklahoma State Dallas
Probably one of the shittier matchups. Cowboys by 135.
Purdue was my money maker this year. People started talking about them probably making the B10CCG this year because of the OSU and PSU sanctions and suddenly they were only 3 or 4 point underdogs to far superior teams. Didn't make any sense.

South Carolina vs. Michigan Tampa, Fla.

SC will beat the shit out of Michigan. I'd imagine this will pretty much be just like the Alabama/Michigan game.
This game will be close. Michigan traditionally plays offense close to the vest all year to save a few surprises for the OSU game but then chooses not to go with those wrinkles because OSU is obviously anticipating them so wouldn't it be a surprise if we ran our shitty tailbacks into our shitty line all game???? Then the bowl game against some inconsequential third-tier SEC team and then oh look someone sent over a PDF of Chip Kelly's playbook let's go with that.
