Season 3 starts in January and a I hadn't seen Season's 1 and 2 until these past coupla weeks. Friend of mine a work told me I needed to watch this show. It's a great show. Very intelligently written and great cast of characters that have good on-screen chemistry right off the bat. I highly recommend you catch up on this and watch season 3.
Season's 1 and 2 aren't on Netflix watch instantly, but they are on OnDemand for Directv. I think Comcast has something similar, so they might have it.
