If only he would have eaten a few broccoli over the years.

You are truly one of the worst pieces of shit to ever post on this board. Start giving up your paycheck for reparations now and then you can shut the fuck up about your racist blasts.

Why will it be a "sad sad day"? Whats he got left to do in life? He did his deal, held his head up high and did his best.

Rack HW, he acually had a fairly decent single term. Compared to Barry, it was wildly successful. Would have easily had a second term were it not for that jug-eared midget.

Compared to his retard presidential son, he was also "fairly decent." And rack Ross Perot for splitting the ticket.

Poppy Bush was up to his eyeballs in Contrgate, for starters. This places him among the most corrupt and murderous of presidents by far, even though he was VP at the time. The actions of the Reagan crew--with GH an abided outsider--made the paranoid slapstick of Watergate seem like the third-rate burglaries and payoffs it really was. And of course GH was a full member in the nefarious clan of plutocrat Nazis like his father and Averell Harriman and all the others who eagerly backed and did big business with Hitler while holding out until forced by Pearl Harbor. It's true he's not a born-again moron like W, and he didn't completely bend over for AIPAC, but he's a complete vile monstrosity from which the likes of the world so needs to heal. He really won't be missed.

You have a good point. He's lived a long life and at 88 looks pretty frail. I am sure he's ready to go.

I just love him and the Bush family and I know many people will be emotional to see him go.

What do you dispute--in particular? That Prescott Bush and Harriman were in business with Germany until 1942? How about Coca Cola? Or that GH was basically in charge of Contragate--running huge coke to raise money for hideous death squads, among various other crimes--and was named an unindicted co-conspirator? What are you pretending to vomit out your nose when you suggest...?

Really? I'm right here, not dodging with little snips--like you, a total fraud. If you were in my face, you'd know a painful side of existence for real. Or what? What do you pretend to not know of Prescott Bush and his Nazi dealings? His subsequent investigation?

I was never a huge fan of Poppy, but his son actually made him look Lincoln/FDR-esque by comparison.
Would have easily had a second term were it not for that jug-eared midget.
Poppy was on the wrong end of a demographics shift that worked against Republicans. Of the states Clinton flipped, the following have remained in the Democratic column in every Presidential election since:

California
Connecticut
Delaware
Illinois
Maine
Michigan
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
Vermont

Those nine states have a combined total of 142 electoral votes. In 1992 they had a combined total of 150 electoral votes. That's a pretty significant group to lose.

In any event, whatever his sins, it seems to me that 60-odd years of having to crawl in the sack next to Bar Beast is more than punishment enough. But I do hope that he hangs on at least until New Year's Day -- I need the Death Pool points.

You guys lay off Terry. He is a subject matter expert.

Serious question, though Terry. Would you rather sleep with a younger babs or hillary?

Coming from the guy who banged Cinder, or at least used to want us to think that he had . . .

As for my wife, at this point she's less than 10 years younger than Bar was when Poppy first ran for President, and at least she doesn't look old enough to be my grandmother. Not yet, anyway.
smackaholic wrote:Serious question, though Terry. Would you rather sleep with a younger babs or hillary?
I seem to recall hearing that Babs was full-on gray, as in shutyomouth/Smackie Chan-esque gray, before she hit 30. In that case, Hillary (though I don't doubt for a second that she's now coloring her hair, and has been for awhile).

Well, if it's any consolation, you managed to steal Poppy from me in the Death Pool.
