Oh, look what we have here, the ever-educated and ever-enlightened South taking up six of the top eight spots for highest disability ERRRR the New Welfare rates.

Why can't these assholes just stop sucking off the federal teet and pull themselves up by their bootstraps? At the very least, these assholes should be getting paid by the states themselves, because after all, it is a state's rights issue, since the Southern states devalue education so much.

You really should think about the stats you just throw up here. Maybe on first glance you thought you were going to hit those in the South that value personal responsibility. In the end you do just the opposite and make their point for them.

Sadly, more than 1 in 5 blacks in this country are on disability. Further, 55% of blacks in this country live in SEC country. No wonder they lead the country in disability claims.

Listen to the story, Morry Povich. The doctor in BFE Alabama asks all his disability patients for their highest education level for a reason. Education level directly influences the disability candidates.
