I'd say we're probably 50/50 on the invisible decider (but MVS did recently switch sides) - but I'd say the rest of these are a good representation of T1B Americans[/quote]May 11 The Associated Press
What can 9 out of 10 Americans agree on? Survey says: not much. That's partly because the big polls such as Pew, Gallup and the General Social Survey are designed to explore differences, not to document what unites the United States. Still, a few questions discover 90 percent agreement, or close to it.
Americans nearly all:
-believe in God.
bullshit, IMO
-are very patriotic.
-consider preventing terrorism a very important foreign policy goal.
wow, for real? i thought we just need to be nice and they will stop
-admire those who get rich by working hard.
so long as they hand over their "fair share"
-think society should ensure everyone has equal opportunity to succeed.
too fukkin' bad it can't happen.
-think it's important to get more than a high school education.
-favor teaching sex education in public schools.
-find birth control morally acceptable.
-believe cloning humans would be morally wrong.
-believe it's wrong for married people to have affairs.
yeah, right. that's a good one
-are interested in keeping up with national affairs.
bullshit
-believe it's their duty to always vote.
double bullshit
I guess most of us agree

I think 9 out of 10 people would agree on polls being fucking stupid and people lie when they take them.
Re: I guess most of us agree
Agreeing with something on principle is one thing, acting on those is another. 9 in 10 Americans believe they should vote. If they all turned out to vote we would have President Romney in the White House. If 9 in 10 were faithful to their spouse our divorce rate would be a lot lower. Our failure to act on things does not mean that they are not worthwhile goals.

I wish we could in terms of our social behavior. We could do with less misery. Too bad you missed out on it.

I know plently of people squawking about the gun laws that have been passed in CT recently and the Obama administration...yet they still refuse to vote.
I haven't stopped voting. But I hold out little hope in things changing and I no longer tolerate the clueless expressing their opinions.
One guy- all upset about winning a gun at his Ducks Unlimited event, and he cannot legally own it.
Funny thing is...this is the person who was pushing for me to get my CCW a few years ago. He's a former member of The Huns {a CT gang that was associated with the Angels, I believe}.
I don't care to hear any more of the illegal and threatening comments I've heard him lash out against our duly elected. I just laugh and walk away. All talk.
You know what? The guy who taught the NRA saftey class was right about the "Pussy" Huns...all talk.

It was whether people believed in God, which would exclude those who believed in Allah & Buddha.

Fail.
Ask a Muslim if they believe in God and the answer will be yes. Same for Hindu, yeahway, Bhudda, etc, etc, etc. God hardly denotes Christianity.
If you want to see who believes in Christianity, you would ask something along the lines of, "do you believe Jesus died for your sins, rose again and will return?". That would eliminate those who believed in Allah and the like.

If you're going to lie, at least throw the picture into a hosting site so you don't reveal a url from some random blog, you god awful moron.
You would never have the stones to post your pic here, because you know you're a disgusting creature, both inside and outside. You're nothing more than an unfortunate ooze that funneled into your mother's slit when you should've dried up into a flaky crust on a piss stained mattress.

That pic obviously has struck a nerve....hasn't it?
MGO...you might as well give up trying to ask people to kill themselves. Nobody is going to kill themself at your suggestion no matter how hard you might try to convince them. You don't have the power of the hard sell. Not even close.
And in fact I've never really cared for you as a poster in all these years. Ever since you PM'd me trying to score some info on Pogue Mahone {a poster I liked and had respect for} I could see right off what your game is.
You are a classic, classless message board obsessive twat. And you fit right in with Marti and Screwy.

And... me, you, us....we're supposed to be impressed?

I have a picture of myself with Lita Ford back in the 90's in which she's hanging from my shoulder wearing black shorts and a leather vest. I was also alone with her in her kitchen where she pranced through in her birthday suit. But we never had sex.
Honestly...not to put her down in any way, but I've had better looking women than her. To me at least.

Well, when you phrase it like that . . .-consider preventing terrorism a very important foreign policy goal
Sin,

Of course, when it comes to preventing terrorism, if we've learned just one thing from the events that have transpired since 9/11, it's that the devil is in the details. And as to those details, Americans can and do disagree vehemently.
