Well, he did attend LSU.
So, yeah, just barely.

Rack him if he can do it without the taxpayers ponying up for it. Tom Golisano is putting up $20 million here for a children's hospital. Danny Thomas has St.Jude's, the Shriners operate hospitals. It's all good.

Yeah and all those oh so intelligent people still mock former President George W. Bush and his Harvard MBA for being so stupid. I just have a BS in Agriculture from the University of Maine and 30 hours of graduate study in the State University of New York. What are your credentials?

The difference is your credentials were legitimately earned, unlike your idol, GWB.Wolfman wrote:Yeah and all those oh so intelligent people still mock former President George W. I like shaq too. Not as much as spray, perhaps (fag), but "one of the best in history"?Jsc810 wrote:Shaq is one of the best players in NBA history, and has fuck you money.
Nigga, please.
Shaq without was an absolute freak, physically, but, it does take a little more. Give him a 10 foot turnaround jumper and 75% from the line and he is hands down, one of the greatest, but, he had neither. I would classify him as a good player who got where he did pretty much exclusively on being abnormally big and quick. If he had average skills on top of it, it would have been real bad for everybody else.

Re: Dr. Shaq plans to build children’s hospital in BR
Shaq does have good stats. His stats by themselves put him near the top of the heap, but, I just can't get past the fact that high shooting range was pretty much dunk, occasional bank from 2 ft on a put back.
As I said before, I really like Shaq. He has proven himself a better human being than basketball player. I wish that could be said of the rest of the league. But part of being great, IMO is having great skills.
He didn't. He was simply an absolute beast physically. There has never been anyone with his combination of size, speed and power. His very impressive stats were achieved mostly because of this and partly by being on the right team. It is a shame that he didn't have actual basketball skills. Can you imagine the numbers he might have achieved if defenders actually had to worry about putting him on the line?
