1) Religious freaks who kill in the name of their God. For example anyone yelling Allah Akbar prior to killing others. See also, abortion clinic bombers. This is certainly not a comprehensive list, just a few examples.

2) People who physically hurt kids and or women.

3) Those who abuse animals, looking at you Mike Vick.

4) People who use the ten items or less line when they have 89 items and then wait until the total is presented to start searching for their checkbook.

5) People who present a public image that is 180 degrees from who they are. I don't have much of a filter and I am working on that, but that is 1000 times better than bullshitting people.

You forgot to add that person in the "express" check out who probably has more money than God, pulls out a couple dozen coupons, half of which are expired, and argues with the check out lady for ten minutes so that she can save $2 more.

This morning on a layover we took a crew car to a local grocery store for a few items. While in line to check out we noticed that the guy in front of us was paying with food stamps. That wasn't an issue until we went back to the car and noticed the guy in front of us getting in to his fully tricked out truck. No wonder dude can't afford food, what with all the custom modifications he made to his truck.

Modified doors, custom paint that changed tones multiple times, 22 inch wheels with thin tires, custom bumpers, bed cover that matched paint, and that is just the start.

So add, People that defraud social services and take money from those who really need it and from the taxpayers.

Dude has an asset that some will find valuable. It was confirmed as his when he told another shopper about the rebuild. A quick search shows that custom modified trucks like the one he had can go for upwards of $50,000.

So dude could unload his truck, purchase cheaper reliable transportation for under $7,500, and have tens of thousands remaining. That should be plenty to live on for even a couple of years.

Registration for Section 8, public housing, food stamps etc, requires listing any and all assets. The reason for that is certain luxury and redundant assets are required to be sold to help the family. If they aren't listed it is fraud. A $50,000 plus truck would certainly qualify. I spent a summer a few years ago working with the Housing Authority of Houston and Boys and Girls Clubs to get elementary school kids into summer programs. As part of that when I was on the housing properties I was instructed to look for vehicles that were of high value that had residency stickers. Saw plenty of new Cadillac and Suburbans that I reported.

People accepting social services and welfare shouldn't have their basic needs paid for by the citizens just to free up their other income for toys. In fact it should work in reverse, those accepting the help should put all their money in first for housing and food and then we can help to top that off.

1) If it wasn't for him it is outright fraud. Those receiving benefits are issued a debit style card and a pin. Use by anyone other than the name listed on the card is illegal.

2) It looks like the Dems have succeeded in changing the rules as we move away from food stamps towards SNAP. Just a few years ago luxury items were counted assets. Now if they fall in certain categories they are not. I still believe that those receiving beep edits should put their money in first and we can supplement it as needed.

3) You would prolly find fraud with some. You would also pull your hair out trying to understand all the over regulation for many in the oil and gas business. You might think you found something that is fraud, but then the company will hand you a directive from the EPA or a state agency that contradicts what you think was fraud. Most often the courts have to give companies directives on what to do because of conflicting rules and regulations.
